Flutie has signed this helmet in white paint pen. The helmet was signed at the Legends & Stars Batavia Sports Expo in Batavia, NY in February 2023. It comes affixed with a serial numbered, witnessed authentication sticker and matching certificate of authenticity from James Spence Authentication (JSA).
