By the time we direct you to this page, we will have the information from you about the Bass model, its screw spacing, and any other special details needed for your custom thumb rest, and you will have received either a drawing or a picture from us showing you what it will look like and where it will sit on your bass.   

We've left the color choice still selectable for you.  We probably know it already, but it's that detail that sometimes slips thru the cracks as we're focusing on the geometry of the thumb rest for you.

The purpose of this page is to allow our International clients who have placed custom orders with Zero-Mod to pre-pay import charges.

Customs Departments in some countries refuse to process packages without pre-paid import charges.

Other countries charge high service fees to allow payment of import charges not collected at the time of the sale.

- With options like that, it's best to get it out of the way ahead of time.

Ebay is responsible for the calculation, collection, and remitting of VAT, GST, VOEC, etc,  to the appropriate country's customs authority.

Since Ebay changes things frequently, you may see the import charge included with the price on the page (if it is, that should be noted on the page), otherwise you may only see it in your order total at checkout.  It all depends on what agreements ebay has with each specific country.

If you don't agree with the amount Ebay assigns, and believe Ebay has miscalculated your import charge, we have absolutely no way to change the amount.  After your purchase, however, you can view and download a tax invoice from the Order details page in your Ebay Purchase history in case challenging it with your tax authorities is an option available to you.  (If a tax invoice is not supplied to you by ebay, let us know and we will send the detailed receipt ebay supplies us that contains all the relevant tax information about your order as well as their permit information.)

If you change your mind when you see the import charges displayed, no worries - just please don't continue with your checkout or checkout payment.

One last thing, your delivery will be made by Ebay's delivery service. The tracking number and status will be available in your Ebay Purchase history.
