Rare HTF LE#85 20" Porcelain Heidi Plusczok Samantha Doll Original Gorgeous! Samantha doll has a porcelain head, arms/legs with a cloth body and is fully marked. She is in excellent condition. A wonderful find for a beginning or an advanced collector! Insurance is included in shipping cost.

*NOTE: The items I sell are vintage/antique and therefore should be regarded as such. Unless the description says an item is, "Mint" expect it to be in used condition. I am not an expert in ANYTHING so it is essential to ask questions and please ask them no later than 48 hours prior to the end of the auction so that I may respond. The description will state if the item is MIB, NRFB, has a box or COA. If none of these are listed then the item is as seen in photos. Stands and props are not included.

Returns
No returns are accepted unless I have grossly misrepresented an item. The photos are considered a part of the description so look at them. I post a lot to help you decide if this is the item for you! If an item has been damaged in shipping while in transit, you will be refunded the full amount you paid for the item, less shipping costs. Please look at my feedback! I give photos and developed descriptions, please look at both and send any questions (I am happy to answer them and help in any way). NOTE: No one in my home smokes, there are no odors in my home (it is a newly built home only a few years old and all of my dolls and doll accessories are kept in their own doll room and I only use professional materials for packing). However, many dolls I have bought at an estate or auction and have no idea of where they have been so please ask before buying if, old doll smells bother you (not the hard plastic sour smell or mothball smell those will be listed in the description). Since smell is subjective, the only way to get a doll that has no odor at all is to purchase it new-in-the-box from a department store and even then it will smell like vinyl. Thank you!
Shipping
I combine shipping! All items over $60 require paid insurance (this protects us both in case something is damaged in shipping and is usually only $1.80 or about $3.00/$100 of value).
All packages are shipped via US Postal Service First Class, Media Mail (for books only), or US Postal Service Priority Mail and delivered in 3-14 business days after the ship date. Items over 28 inches may be sent FedEX due to new USPS increased costs on these larger items. Please do not ask me to ship your items in regular envelopes, or media mail when they are not books to save on shipping costs. I pack everything well!

Changes
in weight distribution of packages will affect pricing on USPS packages
starting in June. This means shipping costs will be higher, or some sellers are putting these costs into the prices of their items (especially when offering free shipping). I will just have the new costs for shipping in shipping costs so you know where it comes from. Changes in pricing for package size began last June and are affecting all shipping costs. Please be aware I ship USPS Priority, USPS First Class (if under 16 oz.), and will ship FEDEX if the box is over 28 inches. |
All shipments go out within 5 business days (usually sooner but I have a lot of dolls and cannot get them all packed and shipped in a day). I offer combined shipping-contact me for details. To take advantage of combined shipping eBay now wants buyers to put items in their cart and pay for them all at once. If you are unable to do this because the other item doesn't end for days and you do not want to lose the other item, then go ahead and buy them and I will refund your PayPal account the overage. Ebay now takes out 10% of all shipping costs. What this means is although you may pay for example, $5.00 to ship, I only get what is left after they take out 10% to actually pay for shipping your item. I do my best to help buyers with shipping costs and offer combined shipping when possible! Thank you!
