VINTAGE 60s 70s blue & white dress child girls.

This is just the sweetest little vintage handmade dress! I think this would be about a 3T, but since this is handmade it doesn’t have a tag - please review photos for measurements and reach out if you have any questions!

One small snag in the front and both elbows have very light stains - check out the photos!! Clasps on the neck should be re-secured as well.
