It is supposed to play when picked up, put it down and it stops sadly it no longer plays. Mechanism needs looking at. Where made unknown possibly Japan. Please refer to photos. The 2 smaller poodles use to contain a liquor I would guess, the tops of there heads pull off. The last poodle is a clothes brush this one has a chip on his toe big poodle Approx size 26.5cm high.
