This tool is not only for weight loss. Due to the complete cleansing of toxins  the work of the whole organism is normalized.

initial dose - 50 mg (1 measuring spoon without top).

every 10 days the dose should be increased by 50 mg.

the maximum dose is 300 mg (6 scoops).

in case of intestinal disorders, return to the previous dose until stool normalization (soft stools 1-2 times a day).

after half the course (6 jars), take a break for 1 month, then start again with a minimum dose of 50 mg (1 measuring spoon), gradually bringing it to 300 mg (6 measuring spoons).

after the end of the course, it is recommended to continue taking the Hellebore at a minimum dose of 50 mg (1 measuring spoon) per day.

Application methods:

1. Stir a dose of powder with a quarter teaspoon of honey. Take once a day - before bedtime.

2. Pour a dose of powder with 50 grams of boiled water (room temperature). Shake (stir) before use so that the sediment gets into the body. Take once a day - in the morning, on an empty stomach before meals.
