for sale is a 1986 Topps Garbage Pail Kids Cheap Toys BBCE authenticated wax box. This box contains 24 bags, each containing "crummy" candy and a small Garbage Pail Kids plastic figure. The box has been authenticated and wrapped by BBCE (Steve Hart), who is considered the foremost expert in unopened wax and boxes.
