There is not much known about silversmith Ella L Cone except that she worked in New York and Boston in the 1950s and 1960s with a shop called The Silversmiths' Shop. It is infrequent that I find her work, so I am pleased to offer this large cast pin in the shape of a hibiscus flower. Closes on the back with a well working safety clasp and has a nice patina!
Her work is truly exquisite and under appreciated.
