If an item is damaged during shipping please notify me within 24hrs of delivery and I must receive a photo of damage to submit claim with shipping company (or you must do it yourself on insured items). PLEASE BE AWARE SHIPPING COMPANIES ARE NOW REQUIRING YOU TO BRING THE DAMAGED ITEM WITH SHIPPING BOX AND ALL SHIPPING MATERIALS TO THEM FOR CLAIM TO BE APPROVED NO EXCEPTIONS. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL AFTER CLAIM IS APPROVED. Items damaged in shipping are to be handled as shipping insurance claim and not return request.
