1.For any personal reasons (choose a wrong size / wrong color / doesn't fit ), you can simply email us to get the return mailing address and return the item(s) in its original condition. Return shipping charges will be the buyer's responsibility,payment will be refund when we get items. We will not accept any items with odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

2.If items are damaged, we must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt. 

3 For other quality issues, we will refund or resend immediately once we receive the photo of the damage item.
