On the obverse, you will notice the STUNNING depiction of Crazy Horse. Crazy Horse gained great attention by standing against the U.S. Government and for his participation in the 1876 Battle of Little Bighorn.  Although no known photographs of Crazy Horse exist, the artwork was commissioned by Kenneth Ferguson, famed American Indian painter and artist.  The reverse image shows the sacred ancestor of the Lakota Oyate, the buffalo, in exquisite detail.
