Great overall condition.  There is a snag on the back of the sleeve.  No other issues. See pictures for more detail. 

Please check measurements to ensure a good fit.  It works best to compare these measurements to the measurements of a similar item of clothing.  Measurements are taken with the garment laying flat, and are accurate within 1".

Chest (pit to pit): 21"
Sleeve length (shoulder to cuff end): 25"
Back (back collar seam to bottom): 27"

I generally try to ship out the next business day, but list a 2-3 day handling time, in case anything comes up.
