Monday – Friday: All items purchased by 1.00 pm UK time will be despatched the same working day. Although we do still try to dispatch after this time it may be sent the next working day. 

ROYAL MAIL

We send by 1^st class Royal Mail and although we hope that it will reach you the next day we cannot guarantee this as it is in the hands of Royal Mail, we have to allow up to 5 working days for delivery so please contact us if you have not received your order after the 5 working days.

COURIER

Next working day courier is available for an extra charge of £6.50 (mainland UK), you will be able to choose this at the checkout. Courier must be selected before 12.30pm to ensure next working day (your order will be delivered on the Monday if you order on Friday), we still may be able to dispatch after this time, please follow up with a phone call for more information about your delivery.  PLEASE NOTE the courier does require a signature, please provide us with an address where someone will be present to sign.
