Single 120-125mm Acetate Temple - Replacement Sunglass Arm - Left Only

New old stock. Never used.

Listing is for one temple. I use photo layouts to show multiple angles, but please be aware this listing is for one single temple. Never used but not perfect. See photos and ask questions. Photos are of actual item you will receive.

Naturals Style 30 temple will fit most of the Naturals models. Naturals models all have style names that begin with the word “Style” followed by a number.

Color name is Sea Mist. The exterior is a gorgeous shimmering pearl and the interior is clear. Think of a pastel silvery white with perhaps a touch of blue or green. The paddle tip is clear with a subtle peachy pink.

Metal parts are silver tone.

Emerald green enamel emblem in a 3D domed shape clear acetate casing.

No shrinkage observed. No odor. No chipped finish. No warping. Minimal tarnishing of metal parts. Hairline scratches from storage.

True vintage B&L Ray-Ban Bausch & Lomb USA sunglasses replacement temple circa late 1970’s - early 1980’s. Made in USA. Women’s. New and never worn, but have imperfections from 50+ years of storage as noted in description below and shown in photos.

The inside of temple is impressed STYLE 30 / SEA MIST.

I have lightly polished the visible metal parts by hand with a precious metals polishing cloth and cleaned and polished the acetate. There are some scratches and patina / tarnishing of metal parts you may wish to clean up further. A precious metals polishing cloth can be used to clean up the metal parts, if desired, as needed.

There are light scratches to acetate from storage, but not enough to dull the high gloss optic finish.

The temple can be heated up and adjusted by an optician for the perfect fit. I always recommend seeing a pro for a custom fitting - we’re all different and it can make a huge difference in the fit, comfort, and appearance.

Fit:

I recommend a custom fitting with an optician, optometrist, or other equivalent. Do not attempt to make adjustments on your own! If done improperly you can cause irreparable damage. I don’t take returns and especially cannot be of assistance if any adjustments (professional or otherwise) have been made or attempted.

Cleaning and Care:

I recommend using a hard or semi-hard case for storage and optimal protection. Rinse glasses with cool water if they become dusty and allow them to dry before cleaning with a soft microfiber cloth and lens cleaner. Never clean with a dry cloth alone. Do not leave sunglasses in direct sunlight and/or extreme temperatures for extended periods of time, such as a car glovebox. Hinges and emblems may be polished with a silver polishing cloth. They may be lubricated with WD-40 if needed.

Condition:

These are vintage sunglasses and vintage sunglass parts and my family has been the only owner. They are not perfect. Do not expect perfection or you will be disappointed. They are 50+ years old and are in excellent vintage condition. They have never been worn. Condition is subjective and based on my personal expertise, but is still an option on nonetheless. Evaluation of condition takes into consideration the condition of a given pair relative to others of the same or similar model, from the same time period and brand.
