Returns

Any returns must first be agreed by Colourautos, please therefore contact us using 'ask seller a question'

Please note that sending an item back without a Return Authorization will result in longer returns process and possible rejection. Faulty or damaged goods: You may return an item which has been received damaged or genuinely faulty for a replacement or refund. Before returning any item(s) please contact us. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. Once the item has been received and verified as faulty or damaged we will either replace or issue a refund, in this case we will also refund your returned postage. If the goods returned as damaged or faulty are deemed to be in perfect condition and correct working order, they will be returned to you, and you will be charged for the return costs. Incorrect items or "Not as Described" You may return an item which was incorrect or "Not as Described" for a full refund. The refund will be issued once the item has been received and verified as incorrect or "Not as Described". In this case we will also refund your return postage. Unwanted Items under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the statutory right to return any item within 14 working days of receiving it for a full refund. The refund will be issued once the item has been received and processed. We will not refund any postage costs associated with returning your unwanted item to us. We cannot refund or exchange any opened item unless it is damaged, faulty or incorrect. All items must be returned in unopened packaging. . Your Responsibility When Returning Goods When returning goods to us YOU are required to ensure that they are returned in the same ORIGINAL, PRISTINE condition that you received them in. This also applies to the manner in which they are packaged to be returned. YOU are responsible for ANY damage caused to the product on its return journey. Inadequate packaging will result in the item being rejected and returned to you at YOUR own cost. When returning goods you need to include: - Reason for Return, Name, Address, Telephone Number and Order Number. If you prefer a refund or exchange for another product

Delivery

We take the utmost care when packing your products to ensure safe delivery. Once your order has been processed and payment has been cleared then your item will be dispatched as soon as possible afterwards. We will notify you if we are out of stock of any item or we will offer a refund or an alternative. We reserve the right to offer you a refund in lieu of the item

Delivery Schedule

Orders are usually shipped within 1 - 2 working days (excluding bank holidays) of purchase.

Please see eBay's "Postage & Payments" tab for shipping times. Expedited (Fast) delivery service is available to the UK only.

If item is listed with "FREE P&P" this applies to UK Mainland ONLY. Overseas postage costs will apply.

Our carriers that we use will make 2 delivery attempts, Royal Mail make one delivery attempt, items will then be held for a period of 5 working days at which point it will be returned to us and a re-delivery cost will apply. If you pay for a tracked service, you will receive an email with tracking information once your item has been shipped.

Important

Please allow 7 working days before contacting us through eBay messaging regarding the delivery of your item. Our delivery company's guidelines say that items can only be considered missing after 10 working days have passed. In the event of a lost item a replacement will be sent or a refund given at our discretion as soon as the loss has been verified by our carrier.
