Method Of Application
1. Before using the welding machine, check whether the power supply meets the operating voltage. Connect the output wire of the welding machine to the screw with the corresponding polarity (tighten the nut when the output wire is connected to the output pole)

2. When working, clamp the workpiece with the clamp on the output black line, close to the tungsten needle. The distance depends on the size and shape of the workpiece. Generally, the distance between the tungsten needle and the workpiece is between 0.5-1 mm.

3. After the welding position is determined, click the foot switch, and a high-temperature arc is generated between the workpiece and the tungsten needle to instantly weld the workpiece. The discharge end of the tungsten needle must be kept sharp before and during use to keep it in a good discharge state.

4. Welding can change the size of the output pulse current to achieve the desired effect according to the size of the workpiece, the size of the solder joint, and the process requirements. When the potentiometer is rotated clockwise (coarse adjustment, fine adjustment), the output pulse current increases, otherwise the output pulse current reduce.

Note：
1. If the welding machine is placed in a damp place or not used for a long time, it will be affected by moisture. If the above phenomenon is found during use, it should be dried before it is applied, and the machine should be well grounded. Please pay attention to safety when using it.
2. Do not step on the foot switch for a long time. Step it on once and , remove it immediately. If you step on the switch for a long time and the machine is in a short-circuit state, the internal circuit will be burned out.
