We use trusted express couriers that provide fast and reliable service. Please make sure to report any transit damages within 24hr after delivery. Please supply photos of the damaged item, internal and external packaging. If damage is reported after 24hr window - our courier will invalidate the insurance, please contact us straight away if item is received damaged. Shipping: Large furniture pieces are only available for UK delivery. Delivery is to the room of choice subject to safe and easy access (Extra-large items delivered to ground floor only). Delivery to Northern Ireland is via pallet to kerbside only. Smaller items can be delivered to EEA and Americas. If your item is being sent by Royal Mail it will take 3 working days to arrive. The courier service will only attempt delivery 3 times, after 3rd attempt the item will be returned to sender and can be re-sent again, but this will incur an additional postage charge. Therefore, please ensure someone is present at the delivery point to check and receive delivery. Courier items should arrive within 2-3 working days. Please reach out if the item doesn’t arrive within 3 working days. PLEASE NOTE our large furniture specialist courier will require a signature that your consignment has been inspected and is intact. If the item looks damaged in any way, please do not sign for it and refuse delivery. Descriptions are as accurate as possible, please read them carefully before purchasing.
