WWII era Westinghouse streetlight with iron pendant top, original green paint, and radial shade with "glassy" porcelain and vivid color . . . nearly flawless.
All of the original "electrics" have been removed and updated:
- 40" of New, high-temperature wire installed . . .
- Solid ground lead added . . .
- Original "Jones" socket replaced with a two-piece mogul socket with medium bulb adapter included
- Ships with a new old stock G.E. 200W incandescent bulb (see photos)
Fixture also ships with a 10" x 1/2" pipe nipple, and a new swivel hanger/ceiling box cover (see photos) to facilitate install. World War II era streetlights don't typically survive in this condition; this is a beauty.
NOTE: I have a second fixture . . . same beautiful condition . . . if a pair is preferred. LAST (3) photos show a comparison of the two, nearly identical fixtures.
