The Powakaddy Freeway 2 and Freeway sport, FW3 FW5 FW7 C2 C2i etc all have plastic front wheel bearings, during my last 2 years as a service agent I replaced hundreds in and out of warranty as they are no use nor ornament. One club I visited had 6 rental trolleys and I replaced the front wheel bearings more that once in the warranty period, the day the warranties ran out they paid me to fit my metal bearing kit seen here. So if you have a noisy FW front wheel or more likely one where the bearings have fallen apart like the one below this kit is a long lasting metal replacement.

I have fitted this kit to other models but cannot remember which exactly, if your trolley has bearings 32mm outer diameter they should fit.
