Refunds accepted within 3 days of receipt - buyer pays return shipping and item must be returned unopened/ unused and in EXACT condition it was sent in; refunds issued after product successfully returned to seller; seller is not responsible for uninsured packages, transaction to be paid within 7 days of close of auction.
