The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is an intelligence body of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Intelligence", it collects, analyzes, processes and provides intelligence information to its users. Slogan: lat. "Sapiens dominabitur astris" ("The wise will rule over the stars").
In October 2016, during the presentation of the new head of the Office to the general public, the emblem of military intelligence of Ukraine was also presented - an owl holding a sword over the map of Russia, and the slogan of military intelligence "Sapiens dominabitur astris" ("The wise will rule over the stars"). This emblem and slogan is an allusion to the Russian military intelligence emblem (which features a bat; bats are known to be prey for owls) and its slogan "There are only stars above us". The new emblem and slogan caused hysteria in Russian power circles.
There is a hard Velcro on the back of patches (chevrons).
This will help to fix the chevron on a military uniform, other clothes, a backpack, a baseball cap and other tactical products, where there is a place for such an accessory (soft Velcro). Thanks to it, if necessary, the patch (chevron) can be easily removed and moved to a new place.
The color shade of the product may vary slightly from that shown in the photo, including this depends on the monitor settings.
