This is a very rare book with stories of several people about the traumatic flooding and mud slides that hit Davis County in the 1983/84 seasons from the consequences of a once a century snowpack in the Wasatch Mountains. 232 pages. Signed on a paste in "book plate" on the inside front cover by the author, Colleen Sessions, and eight others who suffered from the disaster and shared their stories within this book.

Excellent 1st Edition Hardcover Book with Dust Jacket! The binding is tight and all 232 pages within are bright white with NO WRITING, UNDERLINING, HIGH-LIGHTING, RIPS, TEARS, BENDS OR FOLDS. The covers look perfect! The dust jacket is in excellent condition but does have some minimal wear, as can be seen in my photos.
