Modeled on 4601 formation "Europa/Europe", which has the blue color of the European flag in the BR406 international flight specification of ICE3.
By incorporating the SA002-1 power chassis Shinkansen type (sold separately) in the middle car and the SA004-1 trailer chassis Shinkansen type (sold separately) in the leading and trailing cars, it is possible to run on Z gauge rails.
The "ICE" logo on the leading car is the old logo, just like the actual 4601 formation.
The logo on the middle car is the specification of "Bordbistro".
It is also possible to remove the coupler cover and connect the top car with other vehicles.
