This pre-1950's sconce could be brass or bronze. At just under 4 lbs, it's heavier than it looks. I've researched the main auction aggregate websites, and have been unable to find another example. The back of the feather says "Made in Spain" along with a number, and another number on the back of the eagle. It's 13.5" tall, 8.75" wide, and 3.75" deep. It's made from several different pieces of solid cast brass/bronze, with the top and bottom arrow sections screwed onto the back. I wiped it down with a damp paper towel to remove the dust and some grime, but did not want to aggressively clean it and remove the many decades old patina.
The general wear to the piece includes several different areas with white paint, some areas that have turned green, and the screws on the back have rusted. The wires and sockets are untested. Based on the age, I recommend getting them replaced.
