Used, with very minor cosmetic wear. Unit powers on and successfully powered devices from all internal outlets. Comes exactly as you see in pictures- Nothing more, nothing less. Return within 30 days for a refund if there are any problems.
Please note that in this listing we have shown pictures of the product literature. In the pamphlet it shows the unit being locked with a padlock. There is no padlock included in this listing. Also, the product pamphlet will not be included with your unit, as we only have one copy. A downloadable copy can be easily found online.
When we have multiple units of the identical item in our inventory, we typically only take pictures of one unit, to be representative of all. That means the one you receive may not technically be the actual unit pictured and may have a different serial number, but rest assured it will be equivalent in every way unless otherwise noted.

Checkout and payment is easy with eBay's check-out system, where you can pay via Paypal or most major credit cards. We kindly request payment be completed no more than 3 days after purchase.
Most items are shipped within 1 business day of payment. Some larger items may have a 2-day handling time, and items shipped via freight may require 2-4 days handling time.
Shipping will be standard service (either US Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS), unless freight service is required. Please note: FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes. Int'l shipments (if offered) are shipped through eBay's Global Shipping Program. Items will be packaged as safely as possible, and shipped with tracking numbers, and insured against damage during shipment**.
We only ship to verified addresses. The address associated with your eBay and Paypal accounts MUST match the delivery address, or we cannot ship. Therefore we do not do drop shipments.
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Int'l tracking info is not always updated after an item leaves the U.S. This means that if an item is lost, there is no way to locate it. In addition, international shipments cannot be insured against loss, damage, or theft. Seller is not responsible, and buyer assumes all risk for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen on international shipments. Buyers outside the U.S. should carefully consider this risk before purchasing items of high value.
If you have any problems with your item within the allowable return time frame specified in the listing, please contact us before seeking a resolution through eBay. To initiate a return:
1. Determine that the item was NOT damaged during transit. If your item was damaged in shipment, contact us immediately upon receipt! Shipping damage is not considered a “not as described” issue and is handled differently. We will work with you to initiate a damage claim with the carrier right away. It is critically important that you document the damage with pictures, and save the item along with all packaging material, as the carrier may wish to physically inspect the damage. A delay in initiating the claim, discarding the item and/or packaging, or simply returning the item, can all jeopardize the chances of having the claim favorably resolved and receiving a refund.
2. Ship the item back within the allowable return time frame after receiving the item.
3. Items must be returned in the same condition that they were originally sent. For example, new items that are opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned. Items that are damaged after receipt or have had tamper-evident seal broken, altered or removed will not be eligible for a refund.
If the above conditions are met you will receive a refund for the purchase price and original shipping cost for "not as described" items. In cases of buyer's remorse (changed mind, ordered wrong part / color /size etc.), buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. If an item is returned because of an issue with delivery (e.g. incorrect address provided or otherwise undeliverable), original shipping costs will not be refunded, and any return shipping costs charged to seller will be deducted from any refund. When free return shipping is offered, we will send you a return shipping label. NOTE: BUYERS OUTSIDE THE U.S. ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR FREE RETURN SHIPPING
*ABOUT DROP SHIPMENTS:
We do not drop-ship to 3rd party customers, as we cannot guarantee that you have described the item to your customer as accurately as we have in our listing. Thus our 30-day guarantee and return/refund policy is null and void on any item that is drop-shipped. It will automatically be considered an "AS IS", final sale.
