Please note that all low price domestic shipping does not come with tracking as it is shipped as a document letter. If you need tracking for your package please ask. Restocking fee: Buyers are required to pay a restocking fee equivalent to 25% of the total value of the item (price and shipping). This fee only apply if the buyer wish to return for any reasons.

Shipping Discount: Buyers wishing to buy multiple items may by able to redeem a shipping discount. *Please contact us first stating the items wanted (preferably with the item number included) because the discount varies for different items. Any invoice sent out without contacting first may result in no discount.

Feedbacks and Negative comments: If the buyer have a history of negative feedback or comments we reserve the right to cancel the buyer's order.

Local Pickup: We offer the service of shipping the item(s) to buyers. For our safety and security we offer no local pickups whatsoever.

Payment: Items either auction or fixed price should be paid within 3 days of purchase or end of auction. Any items not paid within 3 days may be restocked with a 25% restocking fee.
