Eventuelle Probleme regle ich immer kulant und zu Gunsten des Kunden.► Ein Wort zur Kommunikation: Ich beantworte alle Anfragen so schnell wie möglich, aber bedingt durch den Zeitunterschied von sieben Stunden zwischen Deutschland und Bali bin ich nach deutscher Zeit zwischen 02.00 Uhr und 10.00 Uhr morgens im Büro. Ausserdem gibt es auch hier eine Menge Feiertage, sodass es deshalb subjektiv zu Verzögerungen kommen kann.► Dann möchte ich gleich hier auf einen sehr wichtigen Sachverhalt hinweisen, nämlich dass die DVDs in NTSC formatiert sind. Normalerweise ist das gar kein Problem, weil fast alle Player die Impulse automatisch in PAL umwandeln. Ausnahmen sind hierbei vor allem ältere Spielekonsolen, deren Laufwerke ab Werk manipuliert waren, sowie Abspielgeräte, die sich wer-weiss-warum nach mehrmaligem Gebrauch fest auf das bis dato verwendete Format einstellen. Mit einer PS4 etwa gibt es allerdings keinerlei Probleme. Falls es also Schwierigkeiten beim Abspielen geben sollte, dann testen Sie die DVDs doch bitte erst einmal an einem neutralen Laufwerk.► Bis auf weiteres findet der Versand nur noch einmal die Woche statt, das heisst sonntags, und die Bearbeitungszeiten bei eBay werden dementsprechend angepasst. Das hört sich schlimmer an, als es eigentlich ist. Mir ist schon bekannt, dass manche Leute Vorbehalte gegen DVDs aus Asien haben. Diesen möchte ich der Einfachheit halber folgende Bewertung ans Herz legen: <img src="https://ddd-animation-bali.com/Bilder-SSL/KeineAngst!!!.JPG" style="max-width: 100%;">Natürlich sind die DVDs für einen kaufkraftarmen Markt produziert und teilweise nicht so edel aufgemacht wie Produkte hier zu Lande, aber sie kosten auch nur einen Bruchteil des hiesigen Preises. Insofern also eine echte Alternative für Asia Drama Freunde, die des Englischen mächtig sind!VERFÜGBARKEIT:Ich stelle eigentlich nur Waren ein, die auch tatsächlich verfügbar sind. Bedingt durch die Vielzahl der Angebote und die räumliche Trennung zwischen meinem Hauptsitz in Bali und der Niederlassung in Deutschland kann es aber in seltenen Fällen passieren, dass ein Titel mal nicht lieferbar ist. Natürlich erstatte ich dann sofort die Bezahlung zurück und bemühe mich um schnellstmögliche Nachlieferung. Seien Sie in solch einem Fall bitte nicht allzu sauer, diese Bestandsprobleme sind einfach nicht abzustellen *seufz*.<o:p></o:p>BILDQUALITÄT:<o:p></o:p>Neuere Serien weisen natürlich eine zeitgemässe Bildqualität auf. Bitte bedenken Sie aber, dass bei älteren Titeln die Bildschirmauflösung und das Bildformat die Originalwerte von damals aufweisen und nicht vergleichbar mit heutigen Produktionen sind. Beim Anschauen mit modernen HD Fernsehern kann es deshalb je nach Gerät gelegentlich einmal zur Pixelbildung kommen. Das hat aber nun nichts mit den DVDs an sich zu tun.SPRACHE:<o:p></o:p>Die meisten von mir angebotenen DVDs sind in original japanischer Sprache mit englischen Untertiteln. Falls es zusätzlich eine englische Synchronisation gibt, so ist das in der Artikelbezeichnung mit "English Audio!" angegeben. If there is also English dubbing this will be marked with English Audio! in the article´s title and can also be seen on the back cover scan.<o:p></o:p>FORMATE:<o:p></o:p>The DVDs are code free and region free so they can be played with any DVD player. The only exception are game consoles and other players that are set on PAL.
