If you have any inquiries/questions about our item, please feel free to message us as we are always happy to help and assist you. 
Please know that all items are in stock at the time of our listing, but in case of unforeseen circumstances that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you immediately. 
We always do our best to accurately describe the items. If there is confusion in the wording of a title or any inaccurate information on a listing, please know that this was by accident. We would never intentionally deceive our customers.  
Depending on our workload, we ship our items within 1-5 business days via standard SpeedPAK or international shipping if the shipment is in China;We ship our items via USPS or DHL within 1-3 business days if the shipping address is in the US.Sometimes items are shipped the same day but we don't promise that. Tracking numbers will be uploaded as soon as we can. Please allow us time. We do hope you understand. 
We offer 30-day refund and return policy, items cannot be returned or refunded after 30 days from the day you received your order. Any items that are used, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.  
If there is a problem with your order such as the item arrived damaged, order not received, or item not as advertised, please contact us before leaving negative feedback so we can try and resolve the issue.
