      • Newton Tension Meter is used for screen stretching in silk screen printing & SMT steel stencil screen printing and display the tension by Newton (N/cm), very easy to use and accurate checking the tension of the mesh. The pointer indicates the tension (unit: Newton) without any power supply. The tension at any position of the tensioning net can be randomly detected. The tension meter generally tests the radial and latitudinal tension of the screen to make the screen reach the same direction of the diameter and the weft. Reliable tensile test data is available for both new stretched screens and reusable old screens.
      • The tension meter has been calibrated to the zero position before leaving the factory. The user does not need to adjust it by himself. The tension of the net is N/cm, which means that the tension of the mesh in the width per cm is usually expressed by N or Kg.
      • Reading method: The reading of the tension meter reading pointer is not correct at the beginning of the rotation. The second rotation of the pointer is the normal reading and the mesh next to the tension meter should be lightly swayed.
