Our Copper Pan (Cazo) Measures: 25 cm diameter and 9 cm height.

The copper is made in the city of Santa Clara del Cobre, in Morelia a Michoacan its very well know for the beautiful art that is created here. 

Each Pan is done through process know as Cobre Martillado, in where each piece is heat many times with a hammer in order to provide this beautiful finish.

Due to its Excellent heat conductivity and its convex form is especially suitable for making jam, syrup, caramel or chocolate and CarnitasçImportant: BEFORE USING IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO PROPERLY TREAT YOUR PAN BEFORE USING IT

For this you will need some lemons cut in halve and a little baking soda.

Protect your hands before starting and wear gloves throughout the cleaning process.

Cover the lemons with a little of this powder; rub inside and out, both walls and the bottom of the saucepan.

Let it rest for a few minutes, remove the juice and the baking soda granules with plenty of water.
Finally wash the pot, sponge and detergent, neither of them must be abrasive, otherwise you can damage the material.
