Returns Policy

Payment Shipping Returns UNEXPECTED DELAY

Our Payment method is PayPal only, we do not accept bank transfer or bank card payments or any other methods Unless stated for collection.

All our items are shipped Monday to Saturday.

Monday to Friday all items are dispatched on same working day as per order all the items then will be dispatched at 4 pm.

Saturday is half day and all items are dispatched at 12pm.

All items are automatically generated by Royal Mail system therefore kindly make sure you enter the correct address when purchasing the item. All items are sent by Royal Mail if they are under 2 kg and any order over 2 kg will be sent by another courier companies such as DPD or my Hermes.

Royal Mail Deliveries
