These   blocks  have  a  smmoth , cream  colored paper , slightly  ticker ,they  are  not  rubberized , not  serrated with  wide  margins  of  the  face  value  (  1 M  )

(  where  is  proof  of  this  stamps ) ( We  have  to  remember  that  these  stamps  are  100 % genuine , so  how  do  we  treat  them.
