The small missile ship "Mirage" was enlisted in the lists of the Navy ships on April 11, 1983 and on August 30, 1983, laid down on the slipway of the Leningrad Primorsk Shipyard (factory # 77). Launched on August 19, 1986, and soon transferred through inland water systems from the Baltic Sea to the Sea of ​​Azov, and from there to the Black Sea for testing. It entered service on 12/30/1986 and 02/24/1987 was included in the Black Sea Fleet. The ship has repeatedly won the prize of the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy for missile training (as part of a strike group). In the period from 08.08 to 22.08.2008 he took part in the sea phase of the operation to enforce peace on the Georgian side (the Georgian-South Ossetian conflict in August 2008), during which, while repelling a naval attack of four Georgian boats, he sank one of them with an anti-ship missile. Project 1234.1 small missile ship "Mirage" is currently part of the 166th Novorossiysk division of small missile ships of the 41st missile boat brigade. Small, but quite detailed model.
