Stunning 19th Century to Early 20th century, Sterling Silver Mesh Purse with Attached Chatelaine Coin Purse. The purse features sterling mesh with beaded trim and a pull closure with an attached matching chatelaine coin purse with clasp fastener that can be left hanging or put inside. Purses are unmarked though have been tested as sterling. Purse measures approximately 6" long x 5 1/2" wide, chatelaine measures 2" long x 1 1/2" wide and together weigh 175 grams or 5.57 t.o. Set is in overall Excellent condition, shows natural patina, may be missing some beads, no kinks to the mesh, please see all photos. A fine addition to any home or collection!
