I've used them on a daily basis so I don't think there are any problems with their operation.
The ear pads have deteriorated so I just replaced them with commercially available parts this year. Replacing the top part is difficult so I use a commercially available cover.
There are no noticeable scratches on the main unit.
I have no complaints at all about the battery life.
