This vintage mechanical Easter toy was made in Hong Kong for Easter Unlimited Inc of Glen Cove, NY. His name is Chirpin' Charlie, item #3790. He comes with his original box. Designed to walk, chirp and flap his wings when batteries are inserted. Please note: I tested this toy with fresh batteries and even though the battery compartment appears clean it would not work or perform any of these function. He is a great display piece along with his original box.
