•Batteries are only covered under a warranty period of 3 month due to wear and tear. All batteries are professionally tested to ensure battery health is at a fully working standard before dispatch.

RETURN POLICY

•  Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase under our return policy not our warranty.

• Replacements will be arranged in a similar cosmetic condition to the returned handset.

• We are not liable if a handset is deemed unrepairable and the phones data cannot be retrieved.

• Handsets returned in a lower cosmetic condition grade than purchased with will be replaced with handsets of a similar grade to the return.

 

QUALITY CONTROL

We test and inspect all our items fully prior to dispatch; we do our utmost to ensure all items are fault free and in perfect working order. Batteries are consumable items and may need changing from time to time, however, our phones have been tested with a minimum of 80% - 100% battery health.
