- Würth Zebra Diamond Blade Diamond Disc 125 MM Würth Diamond Cutting
- Particularly suitable for old concrete, concrete, aggregate concrete, reinforced concrete (up to 25 mm), interlocking paving stones, concrete roofing stones/pans, concrete pipes, soft/hard sand-lime brick, soft/hard granite, marble, stoneware pipes, ductile iron pipes, soft/hard clinker bricks, hard clay bricks , Poroton hard, screed
- Premium diamond cutting disc specially developed for all construction trades with enormous versatility, extremely long service life and maximum cutting speed. The optimal disc for every angle grinder, every wall chaser as well as hand and floor cutters.
- Maximum cutting speed and extremely clean and precise cutting edges thanks to the special segment shape and innovative segment technology
- Long service life due to segments up to 15 mm high
- Optimized dust removal and cooling: The specially shaped new fan segments supply cooling air and remove the dust from the cut. Special cooling openings arranged in arrows serve as additional cooling and as a captive direction indicator.
- Quiet running and comfortable working: The special new slot geometry reduces uncontrolled vibrations and unpleasant running noises.
- Protection against undercuts, especially in particularly abrasive materials: specially arranged protection segments for disc diameters of 115 to 150 mm
- Technical specifications:
Diameter: 125mm
Bore: 22.23mm
Segment height: 12mm
Segment thickness: 2.2mm
Number of segments: 9 pieces
Segment connection: laser
Maximum speed: 12250 rpm (rpm)
peripheral speed max. 80m/s
- Notes: Diamond cutting discs become blunt at high speeds and wear out too quickly if the peripheral speed is too low
If the ability to cut is lost (distinguishing feature: strong flying sparks), re-sharpen the disc in abrasive material such as sandstone by making several cuts
Separating larger workpiece cross-sections in several sections (oscillating cut)
Work without pressure – the weight of the machine is enough. Increased pressure leads to increased wear.
Diamond cutting discs are designed for straight cuts. By cutting curves, the blade is deformed and core cracks and segment tears occur - risk of injury!
Despite the safety of the tool, work with safety goggles and protective clothing
Information on the label (max. speed!), restrictions on use, observe safety instructions
The direction arrow on the disc must match the direction of rotation of the machine
Not allowed for side loops
Use appropriate protective hood
Clamping only by a competent person (do not use force, use clean clamping flanges of the same size, carry out a test run)
Damaged, incorrectly clamped or used grinding tools are dangerous and can lead to serious injuries
