Gorgeous dress circa 90s in good condition! It has that super 90s wet look liquid fabric. There are tiny silver dots throughout that gives a cool liquid silver vibe.

Made by byer too and tagged a size medium. It is all polyester and in good condition.

It has a bust measurement of 36 inches

29 inch waist with 38 inch hips. Underarm to hem measures 46 inches long
