Shipping

We will ship your items by DHL.
We ship within 1 business day.
DHL will provide a tracking number.
It usually takes from 3 days to 1 week. (to the U.S.)
If your address is in a remote area of DHL basis,
please pay the additional remote area fee to DHL.
We will inform you of the charges and how to pay.
Of course you can cancel your order if you feel the remote area fee is too high.

Import Duties / Customs fee

Retun Policy

Generally, we will accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 days after the item is received by a customer.
Items returned must be undamaged and in the same condition as the items a customer receive.
If a returned item is not under the same condition we will not be able to make a full refund.
We will verify the condition of the item(s) and based on its condition we will determine the percentage of refund (80%, 50%, etc.).
All packing materials, manuals, warranty cards, boxes, and accessories must be returned with the item.
Please be sure to write “return” on the shipping slip when returning an item.
Items must be sent back via EMS (USPS) or any carrier which provides a tracking number.
Buyer is responsible for the items until we receive them.
