PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY!......Nice 5" tall "Spike N Volley Donatello" action figure from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) "Ninja Power" series of action figures made by Playmates and dated 1996. This is a TMNT 10th Anniversary figure. He comes still sealed on his original blister packed card. The packaging on this figure is in very nice shape with a little edge/corner wear, light wrinkle across the middle backside of the card and a stress wrinkle on the bottom left corner.  See the several pics I have attached to get a better idea on the overall excellent condition of this piece.
