This is a bright green turtle 12" plush toy, item #PF-Pete3.  It is a neon green turtle with a dark green shell, bottom of feet and above the eyes.  It has big brown eyes with white around them and a red line embroidered mouth.  It is wearing a stretch royal blue shirt that has a peace sign on the front with tie dyed multicolored bright design.  It has a yellow loop on the back for hanging.  The tags attached have the item #PF-Pete3 on one side and Rinco 02864 on the other.  It is in like new pre-owned condition.
