CONDITION:
New old stock, light wear, guaranteed to work.
The red Tiny Chiefs and blue Aerovox Duranites tested good around .001-.0012
The white CDE Budroc's tested higher around .0015, and their coating is slightly sticky from age.
No capacitors showed any leakage or high ESR on my tester.
