These are reproductions of plastic pedals found on various 1950's/1960's Western Flyer and Murray pedal car models.  The pedals fit 3/8” crank arms.  They are 2 3/8" long (parallel to the crank arm hole) x 1.5" (perpendicular to the crank arm) wide x 1" thick (at the thickest point).
