Dermalogica Skin Hydrating Masque unique cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid, forms a hydrating net over skin to continuously deliver moisture to dehydrated skin. A refreshing, oil-free masque of calming botanicals and antioxidant vitamins that restores critical moisture to stressed skin. It contains no artificial fragrance or color. Suitable for all skin types.

How to use:
Apply a smooth film to clean face and throat. Allow masque to absorb for 7 to 10 minutes. Rinse with tepid water or remove with The Sponge Cloth. Use once or twice a week as prescribed.

    Most orders sent within 1-2 business day of receiving cleared payment, some orders may take up to 5 business days to process.

    Our orders will be shipped via Royal Mail or Yodal (Registered mail with tracking number) from our UK hub. We will send order dispatch notification email to you with tracking number and expected delivery date: usually 2 to 7 business days from the order dispatch date.

    For optional expedited shipping will be sent via Royal mail (24 hours next day delivery) or DPD(Next day delivery) , expected delivery date: usually 1 to 2 business days from the order dispatch date.

    *Please note that it is only a suggested date, it may vary. (Especially during bad weather, festive seasons like Easter or Christmas).

    Remarks for International Buyers outside Europe:

    Order may be arranged to ship from Hong Kong according to the destination location. Expected delivery date: usually 7 to 14 business days from the order dispatch date. Please note that it is only a suggested date, it may vary. (Especially during festive seasons like Easter or Christmas) International Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price nor shipping charges. All these additional charges must be borne by the recipient. We regret that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.     For ALL Orders:

    Undeliverable package: When we received orders returned to us with incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient, we will contact the customer to clarify delivery information or reasons for refusal. Depending on the situation, we may issue a refund or reship.

    Reship: If the customer wants the order to be reshipped, we will resend the products charging 15% of the product price/total order amount as shipping charge

    Refund: A 15% restocking fee of the total product price will be charged on returns of undeliverable or unclaimed orders and it would be deducted before issuing the refund. We are sorry that refund would not be possible if the parcel is not returned to us, or kept by the customs department (for international orders).

RETURN
  • You may return the products within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact COSME-DE for the return order number and procedures before sending. We respectfully request that you include the delivery note with the return for our record.

    All products need to remain unopened in order to be eligible as return, COSME-DE reserves the rights to refuse any items as return under the following conditions:

    • any opened or broken products
    • any promotion and best value items
    • Products listed as non-refundable/exchangeable
    • after 30 days from the shipping date (dispatch date on the order dispatch notification email)
  • The refund will only be credited to the PayPal account used for the original purchase, and we will not bear the cost of the return shipping.
