90’s. Good condition for age, small defect on back, small age stains and placket is an off white colour due to materials used to pad it (see pics)

It is usual for pre-owned and vintage items to have been worn, have minor defects, fades, discolouration, bobbling, snags, pulls, other imperfections and show signs of former wear.
