5 Vintage KPM of Berlin, Germany, Plain White Urbino pattern by designer Trude Petri footed fruit or dessert bowls measuring 5 5/8" across X 1 5/8" tall.  Excellent condition with no nicks, dings or fleabites. Nice quality bowls.

About the Pattern:

High quality porcelain dating to the second half of the
20th century in the stylish Urbino pattern, designed by
German artist Trude Petri. This pattern, featuring timelessly simple
round forms rendered in striking white, is both beautiful and practical, very
much in the Bauhaus spirit of the time. Petri's Urbino service won awards at
both the Milan Triennial art and design exposition and the Paris World Fair, and
is likely her first pattern to gain real notoriety. Pieces in this pattern are
still in the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Modern Art today.

A fine addition to any home or collection!
