- A photo/video of the products you want to return
- We will do our best to solve your problem and contact you with further details.

Please note that we are not responsible for products returned without contacting us.

We only accept returned items when they are:
- Unused and remained in its original packaging with the protective stickers on
- In the same condition as when it was received including all accessories, manuals and documentation

We could not accept returned items when they are:
- Customized/personalized products
- Damaged from mishandling
Please note that our refund:
- will not cover the shipping and handling fees for return and exchange
- will match the price you paid for items purchased with discounts
