If you order the wrong part by mistake and request a return you will be responsible for the return postage.

Discounts.

E-Bay does not allow discounts to be given after payment - Please don't make a purchase and ask for a discount after checkout, even on multiple items.

If a postage discount is given after checkout the E-Bay system may give you repeated reminders that the discounted item is unpaid- Although annoying they can be ignored and eventually disappear

Combined Shipping.

To take advantage of combined shipping on items with Postage Shown please note the following:-

• Proceed to checkout- This commits you to buy the items.

• Before making a payment request a revised invoice.

• Wait for the combined invoice before paying anything.

If you have made a purchase and are watching another auction item please message me and let me know and I will hold your order unpaid for up to 5 working days. When your purchases are complete request a combined invoice.

Payment.

Payment will be expected as soon as practical after an item is purchased unless you contact me and make alternative arrangements.

Items will not be shipped until payments have cleared.

Unpaid item case will be opened 3 days after sale end if no contact can be established.

Postage and collection.

• In the real world 'Free Postage' doesn't exist- Someone has to pay the shipping companies. If the listing says free postage the shipping cost has been added to the final price, If you wish to collect in person or intend to buy multiple items and take advantage of discounts please contact me before making a purchase.

• E-Bay adds 10% fees to shipping costs and this will be reflected on the total postage cost.

• The full amount of discounts that may have been available cannot be given after payment has been made- E-Bay does not refund sellers any of the fees taken after payment has been made.

• all items will be well packaged with plenty of bubble wrap or in purpose made card backed envelopes. I try to use recycled packaging wherever possible keeping packaging charges to a minimum.

• Items will be shipped Royal Mail or EVRi unless otherwise agreed.

• If you require additional instructions printed on labels please contact me as soon as possible after payment.

• No responsibility will be accepted for missing items where insecure delivery areas have been requested.

• Items of significant value will be posted as signature on delivery required and will not be labelled for delivery to safe places.

• Items will only be posted to the address registered to the E-Bay account or to the Global shipping centre.

• All items shipped outside the UK and not within the Global Shipping program will be sent via a fully tracked and signature required on delivery service- Please do not ask for lesser services as they are not offered.

• I will consider shipping items outside the UK and outside the Global Shipping Service provided the following criteria are met- You have 100% feedback on more than 50 items, accept that the parcel will be fully tracked and signed for and any return postage will be at your expense. You must contact me before purchase and wait for the listing to be revised to allow international postage items.

• Items can be packaged for collection by your own courier by prior arrangement but will be considered Delivered and in listed condition at the point of collection, your courier will be expected to sign as checked, correctly packaged and in listed condition before leaving.

• Collection in person by prior arrangement is OK from Bedworth Warwickshire CV12- Items will be handed over for you to inspect- Cash on collection will be expected. Items will not be left in a 'Safe Place' for collection.

• I post out weekday orders received before 3pm same day, orders after 3pm next day.

Please consider before leaving feedback concerning delivery times that I will have done my very best to get your item dispatched on time and if not I will have tried to contact you. Once an item has left me it is outside my control, I will contact carriers wherever possible and release tracking numbers. We can't leave negative feedback for the carriers failing in their duty on E-bay any negative feedback only affects the seller and may influence new buyers wanting to make a purchase.

Returns.

• Please contact me prior to opening a return case- If your reasons are genuine then I'm happy to help and may even be able to give technical help to solve a problem.

• Items may arrive in sealed manufacturers packaging, clear bags with security seal stickers or have break to use security seals fitted- Please ensure the item is as required before removing these security devices as it may affect how the return is processed.

• Please note- The generous returns system is not a reason to purchase items, use them for fault finding purposes and then return them. Returned items that have sealed packaging and security tags removed or show evidence of use have to go through rigorous and time consuming checks to confirm they are still in serviceable condition. Anyone suspected of abusing the return system in this way will be reported to E-Bay customer services and may be blocked from making future purchases.

• If you have a 'change of mind' and wish to return an unused / no longer required item please consider that I will have incurred costs for listing and shipping- These costs are not refunded to me unless by you. Change of mind return postage will be at buyers expense.

• To the best of my knowledge and unless otherwise noted all items I sell will be genuine and original items- On receiving if you have evidence that the items are not as described or Non genuine on the items return to me you will be fully refunded at my cost. On return item will be checked against original file pictures and security marks.

• Items will not be refunded until they have been returned and confirmed to be in the same condition as dispatched so please repack carefully as you will be responsible until return.

• You are advised to use a tracked delivery service as refunds will not be made until the item is returned.

• Items will be re-photographed along with their packaging on return.

• If items are returned that contain technical information which may have been copied prior to return or can be used for a service or purpose after which the original item is no longer required on my discretion a 10% re-stocking charge may be levied.

• Return parcels may be recorded and opened under the scrutiny of an independent 3rd party to confirm return is as described and the result used  accordingly.

Return Fraud.

Return abuse and mail fraud is theft, will not be tolerated and will be actively responded to keep the E-bay platform a safe place to trade.

Everyone abusing the E-Bay returns system in an attempt to receive free goods, services or evade return postage by purposely damaging items to initiate return, accidently damaging an item but claiming faulty dispatch, damaging an item through incorrect installation or use, claiming for faults that are not found on an items return, claiming returns for defects that have been fully noted in the pictures or description, returning an alternative item or giving reasons such as doesn't fit on a model specific part without providing evidence to support the claim will be subjected to the following fraud procedure.

1. One E-Bay message will be sent giving 24 Hours requesting justification for actions and explaining the consequences of not responding to reach an amicable solution.- At this point it will be conceded that both parties know the truth so repeated exchanges will not be entered into.
2. If no amicable solution can be reached completion of E-bays refund policy will not be obstructed.
3. E-bay customer services will then be notified of abuse of returns system and evidence submitted.
4. On completion of E-bays due process and in the event of no recompense an invoice for the full amount plus any reasonable expenses will be issued in the name of the original invoice and payment sought.
5. In clear cases of fraud a case of internet / mail fraud will be registered with 'UK Action Fraud'  the resulting crime number will be sent by E-bay messaging service and given to E-bay customer services.
