DISCLAIMER: 1.) We ship all decals with step-by-step instructions. If you need more assistance with installation, please message us before you apply your decal. We are not responsible for any damages caused by installation.---2.) If you are ordering a decal for a specific date/special event please do so with our handling time in mind. 3.) If you want a sample of your decal before shipment, please note that we will send you the digital sample 2-7 days before shipment. We will not ship the decal until you approve the sample or the time to approve runs out (approximately 1 week after the original ship-by date).--- 4.) If you are ordering a custom decal and do not write the font you would like or are missing details that we require. We will send you a message asking for the missing information and we will need to increase the ship-by date of your decal. Once you respond, we will add your decal back into the queue of orders to ship. This can mean a longer delivery time.-----5.) All decals under 13" are shipped via a stamped envelope and tracked with Letter Track. So there will not be a tracking number, there will be a tracking link that we can provide.--- Thank you very much!6.) We only send digital samples when requested. So if you would like a sample before we ship the decal please leave us a note.---7.) Please make sure to see the estimated arrival time for your decal. Once we ship a package and USPS accepts it we have no control over any delivery delays USPS has.8.) ***Colors shown can vary depending on your computer monitor and/or phone screen. If you would like to see a physical sample of our colors you can purchase them from our color sample listing. ****DESIGN FEE: If our designers have worked on your order and you decide to cancel before production, we will not refund the $15 design fee.
